Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Karachi: 2–3 working days.

  • Other Cities: 3–5 working days.

  • Remote areas may take longer depending on courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000.

  • Standard delivery charges apply for orders below Rs. 3,000 (calculated at checkout).

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
